At Shy Paris Entertainment, we enthusiastically welcome a diverse array of vendors to our events, especially those that enrich the cultural tapestry of our gatherings. We invite food and beverage purveyors, talented artists, skilled craftspeople, and businesses offering products and services celebrating Afro-Caribbean culture to participate. This is your prime opportunity to connect directly with our engaged attendees and powerfully promote your brand within a fun, dynamic atmosphere. We proudly welcome vendors from across the region and beyond, encouraging you to showcase your unique contributions that truly embody and celebrate cultures and heritage.

To become one of our valued vendor, please complete our dedicated vendor application form for review. We'll then promptly follow up to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you might have. Please be aware that vendor space is limited, and applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We also prioritize vendors whose offerings directly align with the mission and values of our festival. Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Shy Paris Entertainment. Our festival provides a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services to a diverse audience of festival-goers, while promoting cultural awareness and community engagement.

Two-Day Vendor Fees for a 10 x 10 foot space are as follows (plus applicable taxes):

    • Not for Profit: $150.00 & up
    • Handmade in Canada: $200 & up
    • General Retail & Service Vendor: $250 & up
    • Food Vendor: $300 & up
    • Food Truck/Trailer: $300 (Food Truck/Trailer spaces are based on the size of your truck/trailer)
    • Attention National and Global Brands: Please complete the form and we will be in touch with the appropriate opportunities.

Vendor Requirements:
- Each vendor is required to bring their own Tent with a minimum of 42-pound weights for each tent leg
- Each vendor is responsible for their own Table(s) with floor length covering(s)
- Vendors are responsible for providing exhibitors' insurance upon approval
- Food Vendors are responsible for complying with all Public Health and Safety requirements
