Yes. A user may be an organizer, talent representative, venue owner, Sponsor, Vendor, partner, worker or referrer, but access remains limited to the permissions approved for each role.
Use the official password reset and confirm that you are using the correct email. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or authentication codes in a support request.
An account may be pending review, on hold, suspended, rejected, banned or deleted. Open one support request with the account email and relevant reference so the team can review the status.
