Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Email verification confirms the submission, but Shy Paris Entertainment reviews marketplace fit, capacity, event needs, documents and availability.
When is my public Vendor profile created?
A private draft profile and account are generated after email verification. The profile becomes public only after administrative approval.
Can I sell products online?
Yes, when WooCommerce is installed and online marketplace sales are enabled. Product publication may require review.
Can I choose public or private files?
Yes. Public assets can support your storefront. Private files use protected storage and permission-checked downloads.
Can the administrator suspend or remove an account?
Yes. Administration retains full override for approval, pricing, publication, compliance, suspension, banning, deletion, accounts and assets.
Who handles Vendor support?
